Indian Army invites applications in prescribed format from the Indian Nationals for the recruitment of Havildar Education in discipline of Science and Arts in the Army Educational Corps in Group ‘ X ‘ and ‘ Y ‘. If applicants who consider themselves that they fulfill all terms and conditions of recruitment can apply having sent application to Headquarters Zones on or before 20 Apr 2012. Details about educational qualification, selection procedure, how to apply, age limit, no. of vacancies, pay scale are given below.
Recruitment details for the vacancies of Havildar Education: -
Post Name - Havildar Education
No.of Vacancies - 182 ( Science Stream – 136 and Arts Stream – 46 )
Age limit – Candidates ‘ age should be between 20 years and 25 years as on first date of recruitment rally.
Pay Scale -
i. Group X - Rs. 5200 – 20200 plus Grade pay Rs. 2800/-, Military Service pay Rs. 2000 and Group X pay Rs. 1400 per month
ii. Group Y - Rs. 5200 – 20200 /- plus Grade pay Rs. 2800 and Military Service Pay Rs. 2000 per month
Educational Qualification -
i. Group X - Candidates should have completed B.A. , B.Ed./B.Sc., B.Ed./ BCA / BSc (IT), B.Ed./M.A. / M.Sc. / MCA from any recognized university.
ii. Group Y - Applicants should have completed B.A. / B.Sc. / BCA / B.Sc. ( IT ) from any recognized university.
Note - i. B.Sc. / BCA must have been completed with at least two subjects of followings – Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology. and BA must have been completed with at lest two subjects of followings – English Literature, Hindi Literature, Urdu Literature, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, Sociology.
Physical Standards – Same of Soldier ( Clerk )
Selection procedure - Selection of candidates will be done after qualifying Screening, Physical Fitness Test, Medical Standards, Written examination and Teaching Aptitude Test / Interview.
How to apply: - Applicants who have fulfilled the above written eligibility criteria and desire to apply for Havildar Education will have to submit the application after furnishing in prescribed format along with required documents on or before 20 Apr 2012 to the respective Headquarter Recruiting Zone. Application should be enclosed within a envelope superscribed with word ” Application for Havildar Education”.
