Bank of India (BOI), a dominating public sector bank, invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals to fill 3149 Clerk Posts in wide speared branch in India. Candidates having possessed 12th and higher education and also got valid score in IBPS 2011 are eligible and they can send their applications through Online way by 28.04.2012. As far as concern of IBPS score, candidates belonging to UR should have got at least 24 marks in each subject and candidates belonging to reserved category need to get at least 21 marks in each subject. Age Limit: – Applicants age should not be less than 18 years and their upper age should not be above than 28 years; while age will be counted as on 01.08.2011.
Age Relaxation: – Benefit of upper age relaxation will be given to all reserved category candidates in such way: as 05 years for SC/ST candidates, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PH candidates. Candidates representing Ex-Serviceman, Widow community & Domicile of J&K are also eligible to get benefit of upper age relaxation as per rules permissible.
Educational Qualification: – Candidates passed 12th with 50% marks or having completed Graduation are eligible to apply.
Pay Scale: – Candidates if selected will be placed on salary of Rs. 7200-19300/- per month with other usual allowances as DA, HRA, CCA etc.
Process of Selection: – Candidates fulfill above eligibility will be called for personal interview. Performance of both personal interview as well IBPS score will play the role to select eligible candidates.
Application Fee: – Candidates except SC/ST/PWD/Ex-serviceman have to pay Rs. 200/- as application fee.
Mode of Payment: – By the method of Bank Challan of Bank of India above amount will have to pay. Candidates are suggested to download the format of Challan and approach nearest branched of Bank of India to pay appropriate amount of application fee.
How to apply: – Candidates meeting with shown eligibility may send their Online applications by the help of ‘Apply Online’ link. Between 16th April to 28th April 2012 link will be active to accept online applications.
Candidates are suggested to pay application fee firstly and after then follow link to send their applications. Candidates should also be ensured about their E-mail Address for future reference.
Important Facts: -
01. Candidates of UR & Reserved category having got not less than 24 marks & 21 marks respectively in each subject of IBPS 2011 are eligible to apply.
02. Knowledge of regional language is also required. It will play a big part during final selection.
